I manually focus the lens barrel, which does take a bit of practice (using 135 and 200 lenses). I put on a 2 second loop or so in Artemis Capture and zoom the screen area in on some stars. Just a case of making as small movements as possible on the lens focus.
I thought about a buying a Teleskop Express Microfocuser, but have been able to manage so far. Once you get good focus, it's pretty stable to temperature change.
