Help me take this eyepiece apart

I have a nice 12.5mm ortho with illuminated reticle but there is a fair bit of hazing on the inside of the bottom element. I want to take it apart to see if it can be cleaned but I've been unable to unscrew it.

I seem to need some kind of two-pronged device to fit the tiny holes on either side. I tried two small screwdrivers but it felt like they'd break before the ring would unscrew.

Does anyone know what device I need and how to get one?

For everyone's information I have no need for this eyepiece so I'll be selling it in due course. Ideally I'd like to sell it as a clean working model but if not it'll be sold as is. Note that it comes with 4 spare batteries worth about $9 each.
