I had actually debated which email address to put on the form, entered one, then changed it to the other - in doing do I mistyped it and went back and corrected it - so as a result of typing in the box 3 times I am 99% certain I did have an address on it. (I never quote higher than 99%
)
But I will go and try it again - thanks for your assistance! Will let you know.
