Just a quick note to say a big thank you to Chris for his advice and a very smooth purchase wrt the above mentioned 'scope, plus a star diagonal, DSLR adapter tube and super plossl.
It's nice to know that there is still a place in Melbourne to ask advice about, and to purchase our astro needs.
I can't wait to give the scope a burl (sp?).
