Smallest inside diameter 174mm.
Can extend out to a diameter of possibly 178mm or so, making it a 7" ring.

Fully felt lined, a few very small minor blemishes to outside surface only.
No corrosion or rust anywhere.

I used this ring to attach my PST to my C5 as my eclipse 'scope setup (with a fair bit of inner rubber spacing) -see last photo. I still have the inner rubber rings which the purchaser is welcome to have for free.
