Have checked all the basics, I have even gone back to using my old modem which is a million times better than that Foxtel hub crap.
They contacted me asking me to do more ping tests over a few days, which i already know the results. Morning speed will be good, afternoon would be the best and evening the worst. Then they will say that there is nothing wrong on their end.
They actually closed my case a few days ago and never informed me until I called up and found out.
I sent a reply email just now. All my hardware checks out, my cables are fine and all the splitters in the house for the phones are working as they should.
Looks like I will be going back to TPG if nothing is done...at least for the internet that is.
