I have the trio package with Foxtel, home phone and internet and my internet speeds drop considerably after 6pm. This only started to happen recently. It drops 4 to 7 mbps!
They told me to complete ping and traceroute tests which I sent back to them and they escalated to level 2. They ended up closing the case based on one speed test I did during the day which came back as 10 mbps and never told me. I also sent a complaint and they never replied.
Does anyone else have any issue with their internet speeds?



P.S. I sent in another complaint just now. I hate it when you get not reply at all made about service or other matters (has happened on other sites before...).
