Jupiter, 27th Feb, good seeing

Jupiter from last night, and the first time I've felt I had a good enough planet image for this forum . Very happy as I realised that I could get more from the scope by increasing focal length, and good seeing helped! The Great Red Spot is just rising around the limb on the left of the large image.

The first glimpse for me of surface details on Ganymede in the second image similar to this image, so I think it's not just artefacts) - and I can do better once I can try Ganymede at f/30 on a good night! Io and Ganymede in the insets.

Best 1,350 of 7,000 frames, 200mm Newtonian at f/30 and f/15, ASI185MC camera. Stacked and processed in Registax and PIPP.
