FSQ-PDF Adaptor
The adaptor(s) came with a Tak purchase a while back and can't say much about them except that the large plate has a 3.75"/95mm external thread & the small adapter is 19mm wide and has a T-2 thread. Probably cost a fortune, say, $50 plus postage.
