Thanks guys the seeing was only ok but I'm now using a TV powermate 5x at 6.6x (that's as close as I can get and still focus) with 2x2 binning. This gives me a Jupiter image 320 pixels wide and with a further tweak I should be able to get 350 pixels and close to the 0.1 arcsecs/pixel I think is ideal.
