Meade DSI II
John,
I used a Meade DSI Pro II for about 3 years undertaking VI photometry of M giants. Unfortunately it developed striations in the image - evidently a fault that frequently happens.
How much use has your camera had? Are the images 'clean', i.e. free of striations?
I now use an Orion Starshoot G3 but am interested in your DSI Pro II mono for backup. Owing to possibility of malfunction I would, however, be making an offer of $180. If nobody else is interested and you still want to sell it please contact me (I'm in no hurry as I have the G3).
