I tried it out with custom ROI
At very high fps things get a bit confusing.

First the ADC switches from 12 to 10 bit.
Sharpcap has a high speed check box.

With high speed on
1936x64 10bit .ser 625 fps
1936x32 10bit .ser 851 fps with many dropped frames

With high speed off
1936x64 10bit .ser 804 fps with some dropped frames
1936x32 10bit .ser 986 fps with many dropped frames

High speed of is faster????

These were all done with the minimum possible exposure time.

Beta software can't really be trusted but I think you should get > 600 fps
without any problem - would guess ~ 800 fps

Tried SharpCap mono8 .avi mode and it was a total failure with 120 fps and many more frames dropped than recorded. Forget .avi with this version of SharpCap.

I have not tried Firecapture yet because it has no cooler support yet, at least when I last looked.
