No idea haha, I am completely knew to this, I am loving the learning there is so much more to it!! Even my 2 min ISO 12800 wasn't completly blown out (just too much noise for my liking) so I cant really help. I do get some flares on the edges which I think is some reflections from the internals of the camera.
Plus my Vixen is F9 so my 3 mins is only worth just over 1 min of yours for exposure (if I have that right)
