I'm a Nevis here and I'm looking for a name for a baby girl so I thought maybe a star rising on the horizon at the time she was born as I have no idea how to work this out I thought I'd ask the experts you guys
The place is Denpasar Bali the local time was 05:15 the date was December 31 yes I am thinking Eve lol however a little more sophisticated wouldn't hurt
