I normally try to run things like this in a "Hands on" type scenario, by that I mean people using their own laptop or camera not sure if a projector would be useful, have never used one anyway
, I was only anticipating a few people would be interested anyway as it would not be a full blooded instructional session, more of a get to know what you can do type session with maybe a follow-up the next day.
If you are going to have some formal presentations I will quite happily work around them.
