Did you buy a bare tool or a kit? i.e. with cutting discs, sanding drums etc. I bought the kit and I use the cutting discs a lot for cutting new screw driver slots in stripped screw heads, and cutting off rounded nuts in tight places. I've also bought some 3mm shank rotary burrs which I use quite a bit, and I've used the sanding drums quite a bit modifying perspex. They are a very handy tool.
