[Sconesbie (Scott)]

When watching Soyuz launch and it says 6:03 EDT, which time do we use so I can stream it? Is it Houston or Miami (Florida) time? There is an hour difference between the two. I don't want to miss it. That makes it 10 or 11pm AEDT.
