Flip Mirror

Ben, I am also a Newbie. I purchased a Flip Mirror in near new condition from a fellow Icer. No reflection (pardon the pun) but the Flip Mirror is disappointing. The mirror is reluctant to hold its position. I think you would be better served with an off-axis guider. Effectively there are no moving parts in an off-axis guider and it's not as if we have a shortage of screens and cameras that can be employed to commission the Guider.
I could offer the Flip Mirror for sale, but I am not satisfied that it is a good example of the type. In any case, the design principles of an off-axis guider are more solid when compared with a Flip Mirror.
