Nice going, Hobbit! A good result.
The sensor might have some bad columns that didn't calibrate out. It's a common problem with big sensors and causes dark vertical streaks when they get smeared out by dithering. The solution is to use a rejection map during calibration.
Also, your background has a blue cast. There's a lot of blue in the object but there should be some areas that aren't completely blue (there should be some brownish dust in that FOV for a start)
