Stefan, if you take a look at the ADM page
http://www.admaccessories.com/Manufacturer_CGEM.htm and select the centre picture in the grid of nine, the caption reads "Replacement counterweight shaft 22in long 0.75in round". Any machine shop should be able to measure the thread and pitch on the end of the mount head.
