All those guys of the coast of Japan have entered 'N' in their Latitude instead of 'S' in the degrees minutes entry, or left out the - symbol on their Decimal entry. That's all.
If you have a look you will see they are an Equator mirrored image of the East coast of Australia and Tassie!
