Hi,

I bought a used Bintel Dob that has a mount in poor condition. It's warped in several spots and I'm wondering whether I should either build or buy a replacement.

Does anyone know of anyone who either (a) sells replacement mounts for Bintel/GSO Dobsonians, or (b) can make a mount suitable for this telescope?

I don't have the woodworking experience or tools to do a good job, and it might be more cost effective to find someone who has!
