OK, if you go CAA to SX FW, it SHOULD be an M72x1 female thread on the CAA, meaning the adapter would need an M72x1 MALE thread, and the SX should have a FEMALE M42 thread, meaning the adapter would need a MALE thread.
So, M72x1 MALE to M42 MALE. Easy.
Just check for me the FSQ-85 CAA has a FEMALE thread, as some CAA's have a MALE thread
