Yay

Finally back on line again.
Turns out it was just the modem that had turned to custard so it's going to be a lot cheaper than first quoted.
I'm not happy with the level of service that I received that for sure so I sent an email to the company detailing my displeasure with them and requested that they could offer a discount for the time it took.
I wont be holding my breath waiting for a reply no doubt
