I had a parcel almost get returned to sender yesterday because our mail redirection failed. Sat on the phone for 35 minutes before I got to talk to someone. Managed to get the parcel directed to our local PO for pick up. Got them to check our redirection information as well before lodging a complaint. Useless.
I do suppose it was Bintel who failed first though. I updated my billing and postal addresses before ordering and they sent it to my old address. It even had my new address in the order details/history so not sure what went wrong there.
