Apologies for dredging this thread up again, but I just found out that the small orange galaxy cluster immediately below NGC300 in this view is a recognised (merging?) cluster CL0053-37

It is at a redshift of z=0.1625, which is why it is orange and which puts it at over 2 billion light years away! gosh this universe is fascinating
