OK, did any of your bad experiences over the years involve not having a tracking number to sort problems quickly and efficiently?. If you send stuff by standard post without tracking, any problem becomes a loss, its an obvious risk you knowingly take doing that, loss can be for trivial reasons not available without tracking. Lately, even standard post is tracked I think, anyway youd be negligent not sending without tracking. The reasons for loss can be eyepoppingly stupid and utterly invisible without tracking.
