Not from my experience( most reliable ).....

When you have the article CLEARLY AND CORRECTLY ADDRESSED and also CLEARLY MARKED with a RETURN ADDRESS .....how can it just ' DISAPPEAR ' ....it doesn't just ' VAPOURISE '
