Setting up Losmandy Guide Rings
I have picked up a second hand guide scope, so I purchased a set of Losmandy rings.
Setting them up is a bit confusing as the screws to hold them together appear wrong. Or I am being dumb. They have the DVA Dovetail Plate Adaptors included and each ring has a little metal block at the bottom that is held implace with a single screw. Then you get an allen key and 2 more screws to attach the rings to the DVA's, the 2 screws appear to be different lengths. One works fine to attach but the other is simply too long.
Any ideas?
