Aust' Post admitted to me today via phone call that they have ' lost ' my Parcel.... they have no idea what has happened to it...it's just GONE.
Whether a ' compensation claim ' can be awarded is up to Aust' Post....I'll have no say in the matter
.... the Parcel was not insured.
