Affinity Photo seems to be for Mac only.
Another Win alternative, PixBuilder Studio (free).
I think Serif do a lot of their earlier versions of Windows compatible photo editting software free. Get you hooked and then try to upgrade you. Tried it a few years back and they are still pestering me.
