My latest debacle with Aus Post is about to be solved... I will need to refund the purchaser
2.5 months, and simply vanished. I had discarded the receipt, which of course made things worse (I did not hear from the buyer for over a month, so ASSUMED he had received it!). Now one Aus Post tells me it is at the recipients post office awaiting collection, and the other post office has apparently seen neither hide nor hair of it.
And to top off all that, the EMS package I paid a BOMB for ex-Canada has been sitting in Granville NSW for 7 days... must be waiting for the last mail pony to return.
