The wheel was purchased from Bintel in March 2014.

Computer controlled wheel makes imaging more easy as changing filters can be automated and the process does not affect guiding, while changing filters manually shakes the telescope a bit. Also, filters are nicely sealed within the wheel and thus protected from dust (and stray light).
