Aust Post still haven't found my Parcel I posted on the 31st August to a member here.
Still showing ' in transit ' on their Website .....been 15 working days ... or ... 3 working weeks since I posted it.
Bitterly disappointed in this lot.
I hope they will ask me to do a survey ...I'd like to tell them what for...!!
If it disappears and they can't find it...I have promised the buyer I will give them a ' full refund ' ( that's the RIGHT thing to do )
BTW ...nothing just ' disappears ' ..... someone has the parcel ( usually by theft or other ill gain )
If they DO find it...it will also be interesting to hear what their excuse is....they will definitely try and ' smooth ' things over with me, I'm sure.
Apparently there is a Website called ' not good enough .com ' where anyone can speak their mind about any matter concerning ' bad service ' about ' ANY Company
...but they will delete ' your post ' if you use ' profanity '. You can speak your mind .. just be careful how you do it.
