So I sent a lodestar to England for repair and I paid the extra money so I could track it. Three weeks later it was still listed as "In transit to destination" (ie to England)so I filed a "Where is my parcel?" query. Later that day there was a knock on the door. My lodestar had been duly delivered, repaired and sent back. Next day I got an email from AP saying they would do their best to locate my parcel by making enquiries of the Royal Mail. Several days later I got a follow up email asking if I was satisfied with their previous response. What a bunch of clowns!
