Yeah the blue cast is evident in the background because there is more noise in the blue channel due to lower elevation and I also pushed it harder for the color balance. I should do star mask to isolate the galaxy and stars and neutralize the colors in the field.

It was on my to-do list and the main reason I did the trip up there originally. It was funny to see all the scopes on the field pointing an imaging south. I was one of the few imaging above the trees on the northern horizon
