No it was my normal processing flow in CCD Stack. Still working out some quirks with Bayer drizzle. I probably pushed the saturation too much to get the blues. That's hard to get them at that low altitude or you need a lot more integration time. I reckon the problem I've been having in PI were related to a batch of bad subs taken in the fog. It seems to really chuck a fit when there are dodgy subs in the pre processing script. Now I know I'll give it another go.
