Sorry to go kind of off topic but why would you go to Maccas at Sallys Corner/Sutton Forest? Southbound there is a fantastic cafe and winery at Eling Forest. Bottom of the hill at the long straight before the Illawarra Highway off ramp. Northbound I would go the cafe at the Sutton Forest Winery, it's just North of the carpark before you go on to the on ramp. The food at both these venues are fantastic and completely different. Granted they are both closed from around 3pm but we have met family out there for lunch as they are passing through between Canberra and Sydney. Great food, friendly service and very clean. Bonus taste a Southern Highlands wine while you are there.
Another option would be a detour to Moss Vale, cost you about 20 minutes in time plus your break. Go to Bernies for a burger, great meal and a really nice 60s diner.
When I'm travelling I avoid Maccas like the plague. Rather pay a bit more and get cafe food or as others have suggested visit a roadhouse. If there's plenty of trucks there gauranteed you'll get a good meal otherwise they would go elsewhere.
