I travel a great deal these days and use McDonalds as a rest stop.
I go there for food and toilet stop.
Once you ordered your MC meal and got it rather fast..now I seem to wait for ages.
When the burger arrived I get told "your coffee is at the cafe"...more delay often with 3,4,or 5 people before you.
Now they let you build your own burger.
I tried that an was served a hamburger without a bun..seemed I needed to specify that I wanted a bun with my burger..
Further the main reason I go there is they were always clean whereas lately they seem to be less concerned.
One place the seat covers were fit for the tip, badly torn thru wear.
I go to 5 different Macs on my trip from Tabulam to Sydney and frankly they have all in my view lost sight of the fact they are a hamburger shop
Their appeal was that they offerred a clean convenient pit stop but now they seem to have lost the plot.
