Yes Steffen, it clearly says
at midnight at the header of that section.
I presume it refers to midnight on the 31 July to be the
morning of 31 July, not the night. In which case it makes the table correct.
It is confusing to refer to midnight on a date. As it is effectively the "space" between two dates. I am not sure if there is a protocol to distinguish which day midnight belongs to.
Perhaps it depends on whether it is depicted as 24:00 or 00:00.
