A company that prides itself on quality should at least get the spelling correct!

I purchased a brand new Televue TV-85 which had fresh out of the box:

- 4-5 Small particles of rubbish on the back surface of the inside lens
- An air bubble imperfection in the OTA white paint work
- A faint scratch on the underside of the dew shield

Upon complaining about the particles the store removed particles from the lens surface via the use of a blower bulb and thus they were simply blown onto the inside black flocking inside the OTA where they annoyingly remained and would move around whenever I looked for them on the inside of the OTA

Suffice to say I wasn't impressed by the hype of Televue thereafter.
