Meade Field de-rotator

Field de-rotators are used to compensate for the rotation of the sky when seen through a telescope set up in the Alt-Azimuth mode. Their primary use is in astro photography where they are designed to obviate need to set up the scope in equatorial mode.

Hence they are commonly attached to the rear cell of Meade SC scopes and connected to the control panel by a lead to and from which they give and receive instructions., The use of an equatorial wedge becomes unnecessary.

I no longer need my well looked after de-rotator and am willing to part with it to a good home. Cost new is $649.00.

My price is $320.00 pick up/plus freight. PM 's please.
