Hi buddy,
I've used e-Go several times and it's always got there promptly and in good condition. Not only that they are cheap and give you the option of saving by allowing you to drop it at their main local depot, have the receiver pick it up from the local depot at their end, or any combination. I have always shipped stuff door to door and it's still much cheaper than many other shipping options.
As I recall, insurance was optional with e-Go
