Thanks Alistair. Actually I had to push quite a lot to get where it's at. Any more and it started looking artificial. As Mike mentions below it's better as a narrowband object if one is going for contrast.

This object isn't imaged in LRGB very often, we are used to the higher contrast finer details supplied by narrowband filters, so this is actually very good
