I haven't read anyone else's comparisons. I'm basing my opinion on my personal experience processing widefield astro images with the 5DmkII, mkIII, and 6D compared to processing similar images taken with the A7s. I basically only use ISO6400 and above on the A7s and all my images have much better range than basically anything I did with the Canons.
