Make sure your hemisphere is set correctly.
T-point manually like that is a tedious process. Its better if you use the automated run. It can take a little bit setting it up but its worth it once it all works. Now you can do a 30 point model in a matter of 10 minutes or so and have everything so much more accurate.
There is no need to resync after doing a model. I don't recall that in the manual but hey if its working.
Resyncing may make errors on the other side of the meridian worse.
