Yeah it turned out alright. The seeing was ok until 23:00 then it deteriorated very quickly. I makes a huge impact at that FL.

Yeah I use StarSpike pro from ProDigital Software. It is a Photoshop plugin with lots of settings. You can match the blurring of the stars in your pic so the spikes blend in nicely and don't look pasted. Also add secondary reflections, little halos, etc... all the stuff that makes a picture imperfect.
