Hi Paul, yes Kaspersky is painful sometimes, although I have not had the problems you have had as i don't have any apple accounts etc, it does often tell me to turn off the computer so it can fix or disinfect as it calls it,
I run a scan but actually nothing is wrong,
This has happened on numerous occasions, I have no choice but to put up with it.
