Looks like a 737-800 to me.
The A380 would not have fit in the solar disc so well

I was watching the capture and actually saw the event real-time.
Frames 208 through 220 out of a 450 frame run caught the action

A Jumbo flying from the west (an odd approach) during the transit flying through the sun for several shots. Complete with the distortion caused by the exhaust.
