Could you tell me more about the scope that is
1. How old is it?
2. Are the mirror coatings sound ?
3. Is the autostar functioning ok?
4. Does it hold collimation?
5. Are the adjustment screws and retaining screws in good order?
I had a 10" lxd55 SN some years ago and know some improvements were made in the lxd75.
